Job Responsibilities
The primary role is to work within a highly skilled PS and Solutions Practice Team delivering Microsoft solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction, project timelines, and deliverables. This will be achieved by providing in-depth technical consulting, analysis, and scoping for Compugen clients. This role involves Pre-Sales support for the Sales teams for Microsoft clients including solution presentations, proposal writing and high level architecture.

Key Deliverables:
• Provide professional, in-depth pre-sales services
• Design Microsoft solutions for Compugen Customers
• Assist sales team with technical solutions architecture
• Work with Microsoft’s Consulting Services Division for solution delivery
• Coordinate appropriate technical experts to lead and manage Infrastructure projects and project teams
• Mentor and train coworkers
• Work in partnership with Other PS and Solution practice leads

Other Duties:
1. Sales Support
• Support the sales team during pre-sales for service opportunities on Microsoft services
• Lead the development of new solution packages
• Proactively work with sales to determine customers for Compugen solutions
• Respond to sales requests for support in service solutions and RFP and proposal input
• Client visits during sales process as required in Branch

2. Financial
• Meet personal revenue and branch GM targets

3. Develop and maintain practice framework for Microsoft professional services
• Definition and continual refinement of delivery framework
• Branch Microsoft Services leader, Local Interface with Microsoft and with Branch Software Sales Specialist
• Input to Team Training and readiness plan
• Documentation of Technical Implementation Guidelines for consistent delivery sharing these nationally

4. Contribution to overall CTS as required
• Business development
• Assist in relationships with vendors, contractors, or partnerships
• Assist in developing the solutions matrix that CTS supports
• PS system and process development
• Support CTS National priorities and targets
