Responsibilities This individual will report to the QA and operations supervisor and will: 1. Assist with the conceptualization and automation of IT processes 2. Assist in the gathering of estimates and work breakdown information 3. Participate in the design of process architecture 4. Design, review, correct and implement process solutions 5.
