Responsibilities This individual will be reporting to the QA & Operations Supervisor and will: 1. Assist in the implementation and improvement of the system support and operations processes. 2. Populate databases and other software related administrative duties. 3. Operate automation software utilities related to the software support, release operation and sometimes the testing processes. 4. Document procedures as assigned by the supervisor. 5. Follow system operation best practices and procedures 6. Focus on customer-facing web application support as an end-to-end process, from initial user support and bug capturing to identification/root cause analysis 7. Follow very structured governance policies – within an agile environment
