Position Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst, having strength and experience with the technical and business impacts of Microsoft CRM applications – specifically, Microsoft Dynamics. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist users in defining their requirements specifically within Microsoft’s Dynamic’s CRM platform • Analyze findings by questioning issues and needs; In cooperation with the client; • Coordinate Microsoft’s Dynamic’s implementation ensuring that the project management methodology is applied (definition of test scripts, testing procedures and documenting the results ) • Ensure knowledge transfer to users by providing complete and updated documentation and by identifying appropriate training needs; • Receive, analyze, document and prioritize requests for changes, establish priorities and follow up with users; • Review and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources; Required Work Experience: • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. • BA experience with medium – large Microsoft’s Dynamic’s projects. • Familiar with ISO 9001 methodologies • The ideal candidate would also have experience as a business analyst in other Microsoft platform projects such as MS .NET Framework, MS PerformancePoint Server, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and MS Office SharePoint Server (MOSS). • Strong communication, analytical, presentation, and problem solving skills coupled with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment are essential for this role. • Familiar with Quality Standards / requirements (ISO)
